Women of All Nations by Thomas Athol Joyce
In 1902, Thomas Athol Joyce was working for the British Museum when he began collaborating with others who had traveled around the world. Then in 1908, he and Northcote Whitridge Thomas compiled an enormous four volume series of texts that photo-documented the characteristics, manners, habits, and customs of women throughout the world.
